It is close to everything and convenient not and clean and friendly staffs.

Hotel located on top of the hill with great view over the city and river, also it’s the starting point of an old cable car down to the castle

Well located, nicely appointed. Great parking underground.

The room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The courtyard was such a lovely inviting space. The staff were always helpful with our many questions and requests for recommendations. Our stay here made our 20th anniversary trip extra special

The staff were really friendly. Our room was very spacious. I was there for business and working in the common entrance room was very delightful. It was probably one of my favourite hotels.

Very friendly and accommodating staff!

The hotel is in the old town overlooking the River on one side and the platz where the Synagogue used to be on the other. It is close to all historic sites and the old University and a short taxi ride to the newer parts of the University. The Junior Suite (the one with the orange plaid couch in the pictures) in the skylit attic was spacious, comfortable and, even on a grey winter day, bright and cosy.

I felt like I was staying in the heart and centre of Manheim. Lots of life around. And the hotel had exactly what we needed.

Cute property with dining and shopping close by and a quick walk to old Heidelberg. Beautiful viewpoints over Heidelberg just up the road. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was I couldn't get the deadbolt to lock but I didn't feel unsafe

The very best boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. Service was fantastic, rooms were clean and amazing. Breakfast was heavenly, with a great assortment to chose from. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel with four star service.

Loved it so much we tried to book an extra night but it was full. We were offered to pay a nominal amount for an upgraded room which included parking, breakfast, mini bar and access to executive lounge and was well worth it. Our room was fabulous, large and modern. Coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Great location right next to main shopping area. Breakfast was outstanding with a large selection of items. Parking was located in underground parkade with elevator to rooms which was handy with...

We had a room in the annex and it was excellent, roomy, and clean. The breakfast was a bit high at €20 per person per meal but it was very complete. Very little room to park to get bags out and paking is a couple of blocks away. €38.50 for two nights parking not at the hotel is terrible. I would suggest the hotel find guest parking nearer and lowered cost for their guests. A great city to visit but high cost of parking+city tax+high cost of breakfast+hotel price makes it feel like you've been...
