« It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. We finally did get the room locations we wanted but only after having to spend way too much time trying to communicate with host. Rooms were clean. Beds...

"Accueil de nuit impeccable. Souriant, compétent. Un très bon début de séjour. La suite…moins fameuse. Chambre à côté de l’ascenseur, avec les nuisances sonores qui vont avec. Pas mal de vie sociale dans les chambres voisines dont on est au courant. Le matin : petit déj globalement bon, mais certains des petits pains sont de l’avant-veille. Puis, le summum : l’accueil de jour. Waoh ! Dans le genre « pas-envie-de-faire-ce-boulot », une place sur le podium, c’est sûr ! Première tentative, la dame est au téléphone (lire : son portable ; vu ce qu’elle laisse entendre, il ne s’agit pas franchement d’un appel pro). Veuillez donc réessayer plus tard. Deuxième tentative, j’essaie de m’enquérir sur la possibilité d’avoir une autre chambre la prochaine fois (je reviendrai à Mannheim la semaine prochaine). Elle m’offre le minimum syndicaliste ; résultat : je supprime le réservation vingt secondes après l’entretien. Au moment de rendre la clé : pas d’ »au revoir », pas de « bonne journée » ou autre forme de politesse. Perso, je n’ai pas envie d’être réceptionniste. Donc, je ne suis pas réceptionniste. Si à Mannheim, vous cherchez un hôtel à proximité de la gare, vous avez le choix. Évitez donc plutôt celui-ci."
