"Room was located above a bar. I was not aware of this until I arrived.
The room had communal ablutions which was advertised but I didn’t realise until I arrived.
Room smelt damp and the windows could not be opened.

Wonderful modern property. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Shout out to VIP host Federika who was amazing. Great dining options and lively bar. Housekeeping was the one weak point....items missed and cleaning could be better. Would definitely return.

We stayed at your hotel for 2 nights. Staff very friendly and accomodating as we were attending a conference nearby. The only drawback is the showers. Not refurbished and old fashion. Fugging as not enough ventilation. We all had to struggle to get the right temperature for our showers. Apart from that everything was great.

I liked the proximity to Manley beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a lots of storage in the rooms and closet space. It was bright and roomy. There is an iron and small ironing board and hairdryer. The apartment could have been cleaned better. There is a lot of wear and tear on the furniture and the sofa in the living room was stained. The place didn't feel homey. There is no vacuum cleaner or cleaning supplies so we had to buy some. We stayed for two weeks. Information on cooling and...

Better than my expectations for a corporate hotel. Very clean despite some of the fixtures being older. Lovely bath and the epsoms salts were a nice touch. Friendly staff. But I would skip the hotel bar.

Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. The room was clean and aesthetic. The location is ideal for transit and walking. Although we didn’t use the gym during our short stay, it was beautiful and had lots of equipment! We did stop at the rooftop bar for an evening drink and should have stayed for another! We plan to come back.
