The building is about 23 years old but seems well taken care of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be wary about the parking situation, we were not able to park in the building and the first night parked at Robinson’s Mall which was only an 8 minute walk away and the second night parked on the street. Pool was nice and had great views of Manila harbor from both the room and the rooftop pool. Room was plenty big enough for 8 people. Would stay again.

The condo was exceptionally spacious and efficient for downtown Manila. All facilities were adequate, and the kitchen was very convenient and well equipped.

A good value for the price, professional staff the area wasn’t any worse than a lot of areas in Manila where you have to deal with crowded uneven dirty sidewalks if you want to walk anywhere

Your experience with the property will depend on which apartment you get. They are all individually owned. I stayed in 3 different ones - one was beautiful and well equipped, one had peeling wallpaper everywhere and no coffee maker. Good location. I will stay there again but I got the contact info for the owner of the well appointed apartment.

An 11-day stay. Great view and good location, but I wouldn't return or recommend. Pro: outstanding, unobstructed, 180-degree view of Manila Bay and Dolomite Beach. Near restaurants, ATMs, and Robinson’s Mall. Clean. Full-size refrig./freezer. Comfortable bed. 24-hour access. Hot water and a/c.Good wifi. Washing machine. Smart tv. Photos are accurate, but taken when the unit/furnishings were new. Owner responsive to contact. Con: Owner is not prepared to be operating/maintaining a rental unit. Insufficient instructions/guidelines (where and when is trash pick-up? Is filtered (?) water in kitchen potable?), operation of amenities is not checked/verified between guests (cable had been disconnected - seemed to be news to him, toilet seat broken, toaster broken, gas to stove needed adjusting, no spare toilet paper. Insufficient dish detergent on arrival. Unit is badly maintained with peeling wallpaper, Pool closed and under repair. No clean towels for long stay.without charge. No top sheet on bed. No hand towels. Filter on one a/c required cleaning on arrival, so unit worked inadequately. No cable feed available. No on-site parking. Owner responsive when contacted but seemed unable to fix problems before 10 PM. He finally provided Netflix subscription under some pressure.

The apartment is privately owned. Wall paper falling off the walls. Hose for the washing machine on the bathroom floor. WiFi stopped working, inform reception but not for them to fix.

We checked in late as our flight to Manila was delayed. Although grateful for accommodating our late check in, we were not prepared for the 2 dirty single mattresses that "greeted us" as soon as we opened the door. They were just propped up on the wall outside the kitchen. Upon entering the bedroom, the bedsheets seemed dirty which made for uncomfortable sleeping. I was glad that we only booked it for 1 night and not any longer.

Rip off scam

They allowed us to book same day at 4am, then in the check in Instructions it says that you must check in 24 hours before arrival, hah!! Scam. Also vaccine required but they didnt mention it before booking. Then, no refunds. Hah.

Bra boende med möjlighet till fin utsikt

Som jag har förstått det är detta separata lägenheter (sviter) som ägs av olika privatpersoner/företag. Sviterna hyrs ut när ägarna själva inte väljer att bo där. Det innebär i sin tur att standarden mellan de olika sviterna troligtvis kan skilja sig mycket åt. Den är inte enhetlig som på ett vanligt hotell. På så sätt kan det nog bli lite av ett lotteri om man får en högre eller lägre standard på boendet. Eventuellt ställs det minimikrav som måste uppfyllas men det är inget jag känner till. Jag bodde högt upp i byggnaden och en stor fördel med det var den fantastiska utsikten över Manila Bay. Dock saknas balkong. Fönsterna var bra ljudisolerade. Jag testade poolen på taket och den var ok, men det var ett väldigt konstigt sätt att ta sig dit. När man väl kom upp på taket är det svårt att hitta första gången. Man behöver gå förbi stora tankar, kliva över halvmeterhöga hinder och gå på smala gångar, där man inte tror att man får gå, innan man till slut kommer fram till trappan upp till poolen - som oftast är helt öde. Man får ha den för sig själv. Väl framme är det ok. Utsikten över Manila från poolområdet är fantastisk och man får en uppfattning om hur stort Manila verkligen är. Sammantaget är min upplevelse positiv. Läget känns bra. En fördel är närheten till köpcentrumet Robinsons Place som ligger i närheten.

ロケーションとしてマラテの夜遊びに良い！ ホテル感覚での利用で考えると 【⭕️良かった点】 ①シービューで景色が良い ②部屋は広い ③マッサージチェアーがある ④Wi-Fi ⑤スマートTVでYouTube、NETFLIX、AppleTVなど利用ができる ⑥キッチン付き 電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、電気ポット、キッチン流し等ある 【❌問題点】 ① トイレの便座が悪い ② クローゼの扉が壊れてる ③ 2泊利用でタオル交換は無い ④ ルームティシュは無い ⑤シャワーの床排水が悪い ⑥ドライヤーが無い ⑦歯ブラシ等が無い Air bnbの感覚で利用として考えた方が良いと思う。
