Generally clean place to stay. Room is big enough for 2 travellers. Breakfast is decent. Staff is very helpful. Missing is gym . Aircon was leaking at time time but cleaner able to clean the mess. Good place to stay , will book again next time..very close to many amenities like mall and restaurants..

Whenever I travel to Manila, I will stay in this hotel , it is very convenient ,safe surrounding and has some 24hours eateries and convenient stores. Front staff is friendly, and very helpful, including the security guards. The down side is the Breakfast, insufficient choice and limited quantity. The breakfast are cooked mainly to suit local Philippines domestic travellers, Not international travellers. They served too much rice and garlic rice where it cater more to the general staple food diet of Philippinos who eat alot of rice in each of their meal , beginning with breakfast.

The pros of this hotel include the proximity (walking distance) to SM Megamall, as well as other stores & restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and the housekeeping was excellent. Our room was in good shape with nice tiles on the floors and bathroom. There was plenty of hot water & the airconditioning worked great. The hotel manager graciously provided a room upgrade when the AC unit in the first room we booked was leaking. The cons are primarily due to the fact that the property is in need of repairs & updates. For example, many of the common areas & hallways have stained carpets and water stains on the walls & ceilings. I was also disappointed since the hotel was adverised as having a workout room & sauna, but these were not to be found. (The sauna area seemed to be under repair). In the hotel's defense, they are in the process of doing some of these repairs. A letter to this effect was provided promptly at check-in & we could hear the work going on during some of the days of our stay. This work was conducted only during the day, so it did not disturb us.

Can’t beat the location and staff from Security to housekeeping are top notch. The breakfast is alright, could have been better. Very close to SM Megamall.. The room needs more light, i feel like there’s not enough lights in the room. Overall, reasonably price with perfect location and helpful staff, will definitely stay here again for my next visit!

Me and my wife stayed here for 21 days, tha staff were helpful from the security guards, room cleaners to the reception. My only concern is the room wall paint is peeling at some areas, we should have asked them to transfer us to another room on the first day. It will help if they improve the building appearance which will help to attract more tourist to stay.
