Allll the employees are polite and respectful. Check in time is so flexible. The rooms are clean. I tried all their rooms in my less than a week stay. The beddings is not too old compared to other hotels nearby. Clean bed and comfortable not to soft or firm. Just right. Last time I requested additional pillow and they gave me 2 and it was clean to the point that I actually smell downy fab on it which is great. They are accomodating in ny needs and request. They have mineral water available in the hallway ( i did not drink though ) looks presentable anyway and have covers on it. Room have a ready toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap kit. The room doesn't have microwave, fridge but I am fine with that since I only stay to sleep. No netflix, though they provide free wifi anyway so I use my own gadget and phones for this. This hotel is small and very quiet too. Simply cozy place to stay. I recommend.
