« Place poorly maintained, one of the bedrooms bed was poorly put together as had screws with no bolts and a broken leg we was not aware. Floor was dirty never mopped, the neighbor was using the properties water then needed a jump, the hot tub had no cover and needs maintenance. The place had a newly installed dishwasher that was inoperable, also very little silverware and cooking appliances as well as garbage bags. « Perfect location for a relaxing trip to the Tampa/St Pete area! Comfy beds. So much space. Loved the light up bar, and easy to cook in kitchen! Would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area!! »

« Very close to USF-under 5 minutes if your gps takes you the back way. Many big stores and restaurants near by. Location of unit made for a seamless move in weekend. »

« Host was very responsive with messages prior to arrival and there was clear instructions on how to enter the home.When we arrived there was only one wine glass and 4 drinking cups. Had to buy some at the dollar store. There was also a large crack in the front door on the bottom right panel. We did let the host know. I know instructions say to clean the grill after each use and we only used the grill once. The bottom of the grill needs to be cleaned as there is a lot of food crumbs lying on...
