"We stayed overnight due to our plane getting in at 1 am. We were greeted by a very affublé young man who quickly and efficiently processed us and we had our room card. "

"I was running late due to airplane delays and re-bookings, the staff went out of their way to pre-register me since I was not going to be there until midnight! Once I arrived I was very graciously welcomed. I have had both breakfasts and dinner in their restaurant. Both the food and service were excellent. My room was a bit smaller than what I am used to but it was efficiently compact and tastefully decorated. I stayed there three nights and after completing a special conference in Wales will stay there another four nights before returning to America. All around a most enjoyable experience! "

"Clean comfortable 18th floor room in a great location. Well equipped small kitchen area. Nice to have a fridge with a couple of bottles of water and milk. Room was quiet at night. The only thing I would change is to be able to open a window. The AC is good but fresh air would have been nice. Would recommend. "

"We had a really wonderful stay. Everyone was so welcoming from reception to Refuge bar staff, even the lovely guy constantly cleaning the walk ways. Jazz in the Refuge was an unexpected surprise along with the signature clock tower scent. "

"This wasn’t our first time staying in a Maldron hotel and yet again it was an amazing stay ! My partner & I stayed from a Sunday to Tuesday so the hotel wasn’t too busy or at least it didn’t seem it maybe because it’s such a big hotel ? Check-In was super fast and all self check-in but a member of front desk was on hand. Hotel room had everything you could need including hair dryer and iron ! The bed was super comfy and room was spotless. Hotel is perfectly situated with a 5 min walk and you’re in the centre of Manchester. We will always choose a Maldron hotel on our city breaks !"
