« I booked this property because it had a five-star rating and reviews describing it as very clean. However, each morning when I woke up, I found German roaches crawling in the kitchen. I also discovered what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillows. I reported the problems and asked to be refunded for the remaining days so I could move to a clean rental, but my request was denied. I ended up leaving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I do not believe I should have to pay...
