Guests will have access to enjoy the community amenities that include private hiking trails, fire pit, and pavilion. The living area is outfitted with comfortable furniture, glass fireplace, and a flat screen tv. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen, built in bunk beds, full bath with shower, and washer/dryer. Main floor bedroom is equipped with queen bed, mini split unit, flat screen tv, and access to a private screened porch. The loft is accessible via a ladder in the living room. It is equipped with two twin mattresses. (Please note, you cannot stand up in the loft) The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls is a gated tiny home community in southeast Tennessee. The community is only 15 minutes from the University of the South in Sewanee. It is also a short drive from Nashville, Chattanooga, and a couple hours from Atlanta. Located atop Monteagle Mountain halfway between Chattanooga and Nashville, Monteagle is the gateway to the outdoor adventure within South Cumberland State Park ( 3 minutes away). Monteagle is part of a unique cultural history that developed along the Cumberland Plateau in the late 19th century that is still being celebrated today. Important Note: Ladybugs are very common in our region. Certain times a year we do experience some ladybugs inside of homes.
