"The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul. "

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "

"Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. Overall shoddy eorkmanship shows in wear of guest room and spa. Someine needs to pay attention "

"We had a great stay. Isaac is a great host, very responsive and let us check out a little later to match our trip to the airport. The house was clean and well-stocked: all kitchen, coffee/tea & beach trip supplies! Beds were comfortable. Front porch has furniture and overhead fans & is a great spot to spend time. Closets had room for your stuff too & were clean! "

"They robbed you for not returning the refundable deposit by creating something ridiculous damage that it’s been even before I got to the property. This place is not a hotel, it is a concentration camp, everything is forbidden and it’s not allowed. I Definitely not even to mention the name to anyone. It’s a horrible to recommend it."
