"When I booked the VRBO, the photo's and the actual place did not match. The apartment was on a very busy road with sirens and traffic all day and into the late evenings. The shower in the guest bath did not work properly and it never was fixed although we asked twice. The washer for clothes did not work. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend the apartment that was "assigned" to us from the management company. It is not a VRBO by owner."

"This was the absolutely best experience I’ve had using any kind of rental service! Communication was outstanding and so very nice! The unit itself was unbelievable. It was spotless and it was nicer than the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Comfort level through the roof. Close to anything you’d want to get to including DC, but Reston itself is nice as well. I’m going to be very disappointed if this isn’t available the next time I visit. "
