"Didn’t clean room everyday, and for some reason, on one of the days they charged me for the morning complimentary coffee, and when I asked why, the employee said sorry and handed me the ticket to write my name and room number on. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Mold lines in the sink where the counter connects to the sink(top rim), shows a lack of detailed cleaning. The shower/tub fills with water instantly upon turn on as the drain is not efficient enough to keep up. Enjoy showering for less than 5 minutes and having all the grime soak your feet. "

"Sign at check in super start breakfast ask when hours are,no food was told coffee only. Sink cracked as if dropped during install. Heater no adjustment knob, just metal piece sticking out to twist with finger and thumb. "

"I arrived at 11 pm needing a room because I was stranded overnight at the airport. The room I was given was not prepared for guests, so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to request another. The room looked and smelled clean, but the door and moldings were scratched, ripped up, torn up, and the upholstered chair had holes. Because of that I did not open any drawers or use any equipment. I left before breakfast. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful."
