I've been given a number to call to have the charges explained to me, but it doesn't work unless you have your itenerary #...pissed! Will NEVER book another stay at Best Western if this is their policy!!!!"

Check in took a while due to booking 3 rooms and staff having to manually put the credit card on each room. Otherwise it was good. Staff did a good job of running off loitering people from the parking lot."
