"The room is completely different from the picture, that was the first clue. And there were so many bedbugs that I woke up with large red bites on my face, neck, ankles and stomach. I didn’t sleep at all. While lying down in the bed, the bugs started coming from the the top of the bed to the pillow. Other bugs I just didn’t see. The room is infected."

"Overall was clean aside from the comforter having brown stains that looked like old blood stains I asked for my comforter to be changed once and even second round it was like that so I removed it from the bed and used only the sheet. Also the food at the restaurant not the best . Also when checking in girl at front doesn’t even speak doesn’t say if they r holding a security deposit nothing. Complete silence"

"Wifi access easy to connect. Room was very clean and new. Nice layout with separate bedroom and living/work area. Front desk staff and maintenance staff happy to please with a smile."

"The staff was so helpful. Very kind. Very happy to help in anything you needed. Also, when we checked in they were very very kind. The place was immaculate and the staff. I can't say enough about the staff. Ballet guys were great bartender. Superb. I definitely will visit again"
