  • Just minutes from the sea and in a quiet location, the ground level Villa Juana Maria is located outside the town of Manacor in Cala Murada. The highlight of the property is the private outdoor area with a beautiful, spacious pool landscape. The modern 200 m² villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, SAT-TV and a DVD player. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a children's high chair.

    Enjoy relaxing vacations in the property's private outdoor area. Here you can swim as you please in the almost 50 m² pool, enjoy delicious meals from the in-house grill and tan on the sun loungers by the pool. Two cozy outdoor dining areas await you on the open and covered terrace. The property also includes a ping-pong table, a trampoline and an outdoor shower.

    Thanks to the excellent location, you can reach restaurants, a bar, and a supermarket in less than 5 minutes on foot. The nearest beach, Cala Domingos, is an 8-minute drive away (5 km). To the airport Palma de Mallorca you need about 45 minutes by car (57,6 km).
