  • Finca Sa Llum" is located less than 2 minutes from Manacor and 1 minute walk from the Rafa Nadal Academy. You will fall in love with the property and the surrounding garden!



    Play soccer, basketball, table tennis, jump on the trampoline and, if you are lucky, watch professional tennis players at the Rafa Nadal Academy.



    At the finca, you can cool off in the outdoor shower before swimming in the beautiful 9 x 4 m saltwater pool. The privacy provided by the finca is an important aspect to appreciate.

    The pool terrace will delight you, providing shelter on windy days and shade on hot days. You can have breakfast on the veranda or near the pool and relax on the comfortable sun loungers.



    In the evening, you can enjoy a barbecue and review the beautiful moments of the day spent on the beach, playing sports, hiking in the mountains or shopping in the old town of Manacor.



    Inside, we will find a bright and cozy living room that gives access to the dining room and the open kitchen. In the living room, there is a good Internet connection, a large TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cutlery, toaster, juicer and much more.



    The rooms are very spacious. The furnishings and materials are of high quality. In addition, the four bedrooms have air conditioning and one of them has an en suite bathroom with a large bathtub.



    Finca Llum" is certainly a good choice: due to its excellent location, you can choose every day of your vacation whether you prefer to do sports, go shopping or spend the day by the pool or the sea.



    The town of Manacor has a lot to offer: In the old town you will find monuments such as the Torre dels Enagistes "Tower of the Jesuits", old windmills, the Majorica pearl factory and pedestrian streets perfect for strolling and shopping. You will also find cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes, and don't forget: On Mondays there is the big market, where you can buy culinary delights.



    The train and buses take you from here to all corners of Mallorca. True sports lovers should visit the Rafa Nadal sports center.

Near to Rafa Nadal Academy

We stayed for 5 days as the finca is in close proximity to Rafa academy and we were there everyday. The finca is 1 minute drive away5 mins walk. The area is peaceful and quiet and views are absolutely amazing. Everything is within a short driving distance. The house has everything you might need, it’s a fit far from the street so you don’t hear the traffic, all you hear are birds and rooster. For people who live in big cities this location is surreal. I would highly recommend this location and definitely would consider staying here again. Muchas Gracias!

Finca Sa Llum is a beautiful house with well-equipped facilities and lovely open spaces, as well as a swimming pool in the backyard. The finca is spacious and cosy, well furnished, and nicely decorated. And very clean as well. The bedrooms are nice in size and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and there is a big dining table in the middle that can seat all quests. The living room is cozy with comfortable sofas and a nice atmosphere. There is a laundrette with a washing machine and a dryer that came in very handy during our stay. We did not lack anything. We were a group of 8, and we enjoyed our stay. What we enjoyed most was the amazing hosts, Mrs. M. Antonia and her husband. They patiently waited for us on the day of our arrival, though we arrived later than expected. They were there to meet us personally and show us around the house. They gave us a warm welcome to their home and left a local pastry specially made for us as a welcome gift - very delicious indeed. It was a wonderful touch. Mrs M. Antonia and her husband were very friendly and helpful, giving us all the information we needed. Their attitude was exceptional! It was a pleasure to have met them! We highly recommend Finca Sa Llum, and if we have a chance, we would visit again. The bathrooms were a bit of an issue. There are three bathrooms in the house and that is great for 8 people! However, one of them is accessible only from the outside yard. When the weather is nice, it&#39s fine however, during the cold mornings, it might be a bit challenging.
