Located right on the Sierra Star Golf Course within the Solstice community, with access to the walking town paths or a short shuttle to Eagle Lodge or the Town trolley. The living room is equipped with a cozy living room with gas fireplace, wood flooring throughout the home, a large flatscreen TV with SONOS surround sound and an upgraded foam mattress queen sleeper sofa bed for additional comfortable sleeping. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen gives you plenty of space for family living and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen with new appliances means you can look like a pro and prepare all the meals needed. Dining area with seating for 4, which leads out on to a private deck with BBQ grill, so you can get grilling. The master bedroom features a new king bed with flatscreen TV, double closets, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower enclosure. The second bedroom features two new twin beds, flatscreen TV and access to the hall shared bath with tub/shower combo. The unit has a private stacked washer/dryer which helps extended stays to feel like home. The complex offers wireless internet, heated, underground parking (garage clearance is 7' 6"), and year-round hot tub just steps from the back deck. With fairway views, enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the golfers go by, or get out there with them! Walk to the end of the street for the free shuttle to town, the Village or Mammoth Mountain. Eagle Lodge is a 5 minute (.3 mile) ride up the street with access to the entire Mammoth ski area. Groceries, restaurants, movie theaters, and shops are all within a mile. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. No pets and no smoking please. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The only complaint is that the “condo key” has to be picked up offsite, but the condo is keyless entry! You have to first go to the company office and pick up an envelope which only contains the jacuzzi key and a parking pass, and the 9 digit keyless entry code is written on the envelope. I don’t understand why the management company doesn’t email you the code, and then leave the jacuzzi key and parking pass in the unit. It would definitely save some time for renters. ##### Erina K. You might encounter wildlife in the neighborhood. We saw deer and chipmunks just outside our doors. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cups, utensils, dishes, and coffee makers (krupps, regular ground, and French press). This place had all the appliances we needed, even an outdoor grill. Underground secured garage is directly under the complex, accessible by a secured elevator. The complex is pet friendly and has poop bag dispensing containers with disposal cans. We had a very pleasant stay and plan to come back sometime in the future. ##### Dae K. This condo was very clean. It had a nice modern look with high end appliances, bedding, and fixtures that we appreciated. Parking was a great with the underground garage which made us feel more secure as well. The location was perfect, close to the store and town, yet felt more private and peaceful along the golf course with beautiful wooded scenery. Emails are super clear and explicit so just make sure you read them and you should have no problems! Loved the location of the property in terms of the access to parking garage and hot tub. Couldn't get any closer! Loved the decor, the extra linens, stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, back porch. Seriously, unless we need a bigger place in the future, this is "the one" in my book. ##### Rachel D. This unit is freshly remodeled, very clean , equipped with all essentials like towels ,kitchen stuff, shampoo ,extra pillows. It is on the golf course with great views from the back patio. It has safe underground parking with codes to get in the garage. You can tell the owners put lots of thought into making this a comfortable place.
