A warm propane fireplace to enjoy and comfortable leather couches to watch the flat screen TV after a long day of being on the slopes. This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, a recreation room, and community barbecues. Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps six people. | | Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king and a Euro bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). There is a 4th bed under the bottom bunk. Unit Amenities: The full-sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a TV, couches, and a wonderful view of Mammoth Mountain. This unit is located on the lower road with minimal stairs (6) to get to the front door. This condo is 2 levels. The top level is the kitchen, living, and dining rooms with one bathroom. The bedrooms and other bathrooms are located downstairs. On-site Amenities: Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and an indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV! It was annoying throughout the day and made it impossible to sleep. Despite contacting the front office, they were unable to address the issue. Even though the unit has been updated, the bathroom fixtures were cheap and the towel racks were falling apart. Lastly, the unit was not cleaned well prior to our arrival.
