Overall Emily is doing a great job at Chapter Two. A friendly and helpful greeting and a comfortable room and bed in a quiet annex. One problem in room 1 was the lack of electrical sockets. For business travellers there needs to be at least one by the desk for a laptop etc. There are no breakfast facilities here but to be fair she did point me to The Patisserie just down the road which was excellent. Chapter Two is a lively bar for a G&T or cocktail, the staff are very friendly. We cycled to Malton and were abke to store our bikes in the secure lobby throughout our stay. Staff were very friendly especially Bethany when we checked in, she took time so show us where to park and where the best places to eat were. Room was clean and comfortable, and had jockey paraphernalia in the entrance hall which I enjoyed being a horse racing fan!
