Holiday in Rosengård
Me and my parents and sister, went for a holiday in Rosengård, which is a short distance from Malmö. the apartment was very nice, and we had a great view from the 6th floor, it was very nice, and checking in and out was easy. I had a few question, which the host quickly and efficently answered, which was great. so all in all a great expericen. I do recommend to have own car or rent a car, so you can travel, which is what we did. thanks for a great stay.

Rosengård - Nette Wohnung, nette Menschen
Hallo, wir haben diese Ferienwohnung als Notfall-Lösung gebucht, da unsere ursprüngliche Wohnung 3 Wochen vor dem Urlaub einen Wasserschaden hatte. Anfangs war ich bezüglich der Lage skeptisch (Ghetto von Malmö) aber das Haus und die Wohnung sind in einem guten Zustand. Alles ist sauber und die Wohnanlage komplett umzäunt. Die Mieter nicht unfreundlich oder abweisend. Selbst als wjr abends einmal per Bus heimgekommen sind, hat man sich nicht unwohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst hat 2 Zimmer. Schlafzimmer+Wohn/Schlafzimmer. Die technische Ausstattung war ausreichend (kein Toaster). Der Fernseher war riesig und es war Netflix verfügbar. Leider gab es keinen Tisch und Stühle um gemeinsam Essen zu können. Auch die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck war zu wenig, sodass man nach jeder Mahlzeit den Geschirrspüler anmachen musste. Kochen war mit 2 Töpfen und einer Pfanne machbar, wir haben hier aber nicht gekocht. Eine Waschmaschine war nur im Keller für alle Mieter verfügbar. Hier hätte man Zeiten reservieren müssen. Haben wir nicht gemacht. Der Anschluß an den ÖPNV war mit 2 Buslinien sehr gut. Parkplätze sind entweder auf der Straße (meiner Meinung nach kostenfrei) vorhanden, oder aber ein Stellplatz gegenüber der Einfahrt kann genutzt werden. Für einen Städtetrip nach Malmö oder auch Strandurlaub am Stadtstrand eine gute Location
