"It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. "We had a wonderful stay at Janie’s place in Kailua Kona! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for our stayThe pool was a huge highlight, especially for the kids, and was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island. The location was fantastic central to everything we wanted to see and do, while still being a great place to come back to and unwind. One of our favourite parts was the amazing sunsets from the deck and pool over looking the beautiful ocean. Janie was a wonderful host, communication was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Big Island and would happily stay here again!A hui hou "

"The property was amazing! This is the second time we have stayed at this property, because we liked it so much the first time! It is close to so many things, has great views, and is in a very nice private and secluded area. Allie is an incredible host! If you need anything she is on top of it, whether thats something for the house or recommendations for what to do or where to go. My whole family came and we had 14 people in the house with room to spare, it was amazing. If we go to the Big Island again, we will definitely be staying at this property!"

"Couple maintain items like fan in kitchen, Lite coming from up the steps into home needs to stay on longer.Need to state that there is a hill that you need to park on and go up, also need to list stairs into the property. Stove needs to be relabled and washer was difficult to use. Could only use bluckly.Pool was excellent and to be able to use beach items was great.All extra stuff available in pantry was great.Use some leave some is a great way to work.Thank you had a great time"
