Excellent service. Friendly staff. Great food. We had a blast with the entire family.

Our stay at Jaz Makadi Oasis Resort in Hurghada was simply wonderful, offering a perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. The cleaning team did an amazing job, with special mention to Mohammed. The 24-hour reception front desk was super helpful, especially when we arrived late at night, and even thoughtfully provided us with boxed dinners which was greatly appreciated after long trip. Their prompt communication helped greatly to...

I liked everything in the resort. I will come back definitely.

Resort is excellent. Pools, Beach, Activities and Staff are excellent. Staff is always around to ask if you need help and to let you know about the available programs. We were a group of 5 adult, one youth and two kids and everyone did enjoy the vacation. Kids did play dance on the beach, Archery, adults played Volleyball. Some of us did diving and we all took the glass boat. Every evening there is some shows that all the family enjoyed. Staff are around all the time, offering help, laughing...

Staff is very very friendly, check-in was very smooth. They presented a strange rule on a dress code for diner, in a resort! After some discussions, they just don't want you to go in very short shorts or swimming dress for diner. The rooms are very good, clean, room space is OK. Sea view is great with a nice balcony. Food is very good, they have a system giving guests color coded bracelets based on half/full board/All-inclusive. A lot of pools, animation team is really animated! a lot of...

Almost all staff made every effort to make the holiday as good as possible. Management were fluent in 3 to 6 languages, customer service prioritized, friendly and accommodating. Food was good to excellent for every meal,. Facility, room and grounds were kept clean and neat, including beach, dock and pools. The coral reef is within easy reach for snorkelling even at beginner level. The immediate area was extremely healthy with a wide variety of colourful thriving aquatic life. It gave the...
