"I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and every time it was a pleasure. The staff is awesome, they were very friendly and helpful. If we asked for an extra towel or needed any thing for our room, they were very prompt in filling our requests. I would highly recommend staying here! I plan on returning again. "

"Worst place ever to stay. Pool was not heated at all. Construction noise and debris all over the balcony. They will up charge you more than you pay through the Expedia website. Poor customer service at front desk stating rooms were not ready when they were ready. Just all around awful place. Will never stay here again. "

There is a small refrigerator and microwave in my room. No coffee maker or clock. Definitely avoid room on the west side of hotel as there is construction of another resort/hotel being built. Noise. "
