"The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

"Great location sourrounded by the olive trees of the Maremma hills and a few minutes walk from Montiano. The house is lovely, with stylish Tuscan decor and modern facilities, air con and newly refurbished kitchen and bathrooms. Sam is a superb host, very welcoming, helpful and kind. We had problems with our car and he went out of his way to help us. Beautiful part of Italy and great place for holidays will definitely go back."

"Sehr schöne Lage, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wunderbar ruhig. Der Strand ist etwa 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Kommunikation vor der Schlüsselübergabe hätte von der Organisation etwas besser kommuniziert werden können, uns war nicht klar, dass wir bei Ankunft anrufen müssen und die Verantwortlichen sprachen dann kein Englisch."

Alles sehr gut zu erreichen, die Wineprobe, das Meer, die Thermalquelle auch die Pizzeria. Der Ausblick über Toscana ist atemberaubend und unbezahlbar. Man bekommt nicht genug davon.
