"This was such a beautiful property. The host was clear with the check-in instructions and had resources for everything, from how the coffee maker worked to all the cool local spots to check out.My wife and I stayed here the morning of our wedding, and the host had approved our photographer to come and take ‘getting ready’ pictures of us, which was a huge bonus! The pics turned out stunning, by the way. I absolutely loved staying here and would 1000% stay here again!"

"Great location, nice responsive host, kitchen had everything we needed. There were issues with the heating, but the host did bring us a space heater to help. Some furniture was old and stained. And there were some clutter in the patio area… But also lots of plants, and our dog was welcome, and liked the patio area. Overall, a comfortable place in a great location."

"PROS: Host communication was always very prompt; Location was convenient - walking distance to stores and restaurants; Size of the home was great (two full bedrooms, and two large living/family rooms); nice size kitchen, kitchen nook, and laundry area; the home was clean with ample bedding and towels. CONS: Stairs up to the home make it a challenge when you're traveling with a dog or bringing up your luggage; thin walls and floors (I did not feel comfortable leaving my 5-month-old puppy in his crate for more than a few minutes for fear that he would bother my neighbors); busy street so it is worth the extra 12/day for off-street parking; the off-street parking was a very narrow driveway, so if you're driving a large SUV (as I was), it can be a challenge getting in and out; a very small garden area in the back was not very conducive for a dog. Having to take him down the stairs and around the block to do his business was very cumbersome; no AC and it was pretty warm when I was there (they do have three portable fans though); no dishwasher (how can can those dishes really be?). If you're traveling alone or with one other person (or couple), it's a nice place. Just know that your voice will be heard and you will hear voices downstairs."

"House had a truly spectacular view. Accommodations generally were high quality. We arrived on a Friday at the tail end of a hot spell, and the house was like an oven. We called the property manager and they responded immediately. However, they believed the AC was working, and it was not, and they asked that we give the AC some time. No luck. They ultimately determined that AC did need repair, but that couldn't be accomplished until the following Monday. They were prompt in response, but we had to endure some uncomfortable spells in the meantime. "

"Our stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The host was incredibly accommodating and always a quick message away. We spent every morning and evening on the deck, mesmerized by the spectacular city skyline—it’s easily the best seat in town. The neighborhood is quiet and is a few minutes from downtown Monclair, which is a beautiful little town. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked and beautifully updated. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home." We would definitely stay here again!"

"I loved this quaint little retreat! It is a hidden gem.Once you enter the backyard, you see the lovely trees starting to bloom, ( it is the beginning of March), and you can hear various birds chirping.And, it is peaceful and quiet. I felt very relaxed.The small cottage is simply decorated with big windows looking into the yard, and a high beamed ceiling. Very charming."
