Far enough from the main road to be nice and quiet, super beach and walking distance to the ferry pier. "Great place to spend the night if you're catching a ferry from Pralarn Pier. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Restaurant is good and the breakfast has plenty of options include some made to order options. It was also a nice touch that they knew I was taking a ferry without me telling them, unfortunately they had the time wrong and called me several times early in the morning as if I was taking the first ferry when I actually was taking one at 11"

"Fantastic stay, beautiful resort, two swimming pools and small fitness studio. About a ten to fifteen minute walk from a beautiful beach. Bikes available to hire. Lovely service, can arrange airport pick up for a small fee. Great breakfasts, didn't have any other meals. At the moment it feels like a new resort and I'm sure with a few improvements it will be even better."

"This is not a serviced hotel. Its a flat above a chemist where all the drug addicts hang around. No security at all, no service desk/reception, no housekeeping at all, no sense of safety at all! Expedia wipe thwir hands as its a 'non-refundable' deal. How can expedia advertise without verifying the property!?"

"Stayed four nights at Mantra Samui and had a wonderful time. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were fantastic - great gym, beautiful pool area, lovely restaurant, and a nice onsite spa. While we didn’t find it an overly social place (a lot of couples doing their own thing), it was definitely a great place to unwind, relax, and take in the view. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed 4 nights at Santiburi and loved it! We had high expectations and we were not disappointed. We booked the basic Duplex suite. It was huge, clean and a wonderful location for us. The pool is hands down the nicest pool we have ever swam in. Perfect temperature, gorgeous surroundings and sparkling clean. The sea and sand was nice and the overall beauty of this vast resort was stunning. We enjoyed cocktails in the lounge serve expertly by Best or Junior. They know how to pour and serve a proper cocktail. We ate at the Beach House a few times. Their French intern/student was a wonderful addition to the staff. So polite and helpful. Breakfast was just WOW! On all of our travels this one gets 6 stars for offerings, service and room to move. No pushing and shoving here. If we had to a negative, it might be that we weren’t fully aware of entertainment happening at the resort. Some things we missed as they don’t advertise much. Also the pool restaurant offered excellent food and drink. They really should pick up dirty dishes around the pool more often. They would sometimes sit out for hours. Just a small complaint! We would love to return to Santiburi one day and would definately recommend! "
