If you're traveling for pleasure or business, this isn't the place for you: they don't offer basic hotel services, and the staff is incredibly unfriendly and even VERY rude. I realized they operate as a student room rental service and want to treat you the same. I paid for continental breakfast, and they had no idea what it included. When I requested the service I PAID FOR, the waiter/bartender threw things at me as if he was doing me a favor. They don't offer a service to store your bags for 3-4 hours while your check in is available, like any hotel in the world. Although I can understand that, what I find unacceptable in general is the treatment of the staff, especially the hostess, Fiorella. I don't recommend this place, and it leaves a very bad experience overall.

Las instalaciones del hotel y habitación están en muy buen estado, sin embargo hay bastantes limitaciones en amenidade tales como que la habitación no cuenta con T.V., el jabon de manos está en un dispensador que considero antihigiénico, estuve dos noches y no hicieron limpieza, no hay ningún extra como lustrador de calzado, o crema corporal, etc. El check in es un proceso tardado lo cual transmite desconfianza en el huésped, piden demasiados datos personales tanto del titular como de los acompañantes. Mi tarjeta de acceso la desactivaron concluída la primera noche de mi estancia.

He estado una noche, todo limpio, personla muy amable, desayuno muy completo, le añadiria otras opciones de pan y chasina, nos quedmaoa en un estudio, que estaba muy bien con su nevera, cafetera, hervidor de agua, muestras gratis de te y cafe , me encanto, lo unico que eche en flata fue una Tele. No habia, eso me sorprendió. Pero q tampoco hizo falta,. El sitio esta en un lugar tranquilo y Silecioso, buen trasporte, esta aprox a 30 minutos del centro de Madrid, pero el autobús te deja justo al lado de Cibeles y te a media calle del hotel. El hotel es ideal para todos, tiene au piscina, gym, y varias salas para descanso. Ademas de un aterraza grande fuera para loa fumadores. Muy recomendable.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel le temps d’un week-end prolongé. Globalement, l’hôtel est très bien : la chambre était spacieuse, confortable, et bien équipée, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, il y a eu quelques points décevants. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi matin, et il n’a jamais été précisé que le ménage ne serait pas fait du week-end. Aucun passage le samedi ni le dimanche, ce qui veut dire que pendant tout notre séjour, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée une seule fois. Pour un hôtel, on s’attend à un minimum de suivi sur la propreté, c’est d’ailleurs une des raisons principales pour lesquelles on choisit ce type d’hébergement. Autre point regrettable : le lundi, après avoir libéré la chambre à l’heure (avant midi), nous avons demandé s’il était possible de laisser nos valises à la réception le temps de notre après-midi à Madrid (notre vol était en soirée). On nous a répondu que ce n’était possible que moyennant un supplément, ce qui est assez inhabituel et peu arrangeant pour les voyageurs. C’est dommage, car l’hôtel en lui-même est beau, pratique et agréable, mais ces petits manques au niveau du service font une vraie différence dans l’expérience globale.

Muy bien pese a haber tenido algún inconveniente. No disponen de mantas y almohadas de reserva en caso de necesidad ( los hoteles suelen tener alguna en la habitación o solicitándola al personal, lamentablemente aquí no existía esa opción. Otro de los problemas fue con la llave, si tienes 2 huéspedes en una habitación, no estaría de más que por defecto cada uno reciba una llave (en especial por qué los accesos la necesitan y no siempre vas en compañía de la 2 persona) El personal del desayuno fue muy agradable aunque sucio desayuno me pareció algo escaso. Para todo lo demás, el personal fue bastante agradable y las instalaciones no estaban hiper saturadas, la limpieza y el mantenimiento me parecieron perfectos
