This is a small part of a residential building. There are exactly 8 rooms for 1-2 people. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and very clean. There is a small reception area with coffee, tea, water, cookies, croissants, and muffins. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave that can be used. We are a family of 2 adults and three teenagers so we had three rooms. The rooms are very reasonably priced in a great location close to the Atocha Train Station, Prado Museum, and Prague Del Retiro. The reception area is staffed only a short time each day but the email communication was good and explained how to enter the building and the hotel area.
