« Very bad service. I forgot one jacket in the room. I’ve sent a WhatsApp message, one email, one form through hotels.com I know that the WhatsApp message was read. But no one send me back any answer. Even to say that they didn’t found it. I’ll never stay again at this property or any of this group. And also the price was too expensive for this kind of room and location. You’ll find better option not far in the east part of the city. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it is very family-oriented and welcoming. The staff speak Arabic and Urdu, which made communication smooth and comforting for us. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle bus service to the mosque, which made our stay even more stress-free. Overall, it felt like a home away from home and I would highly recommend it for families. »
