"We checked in and everything was very easy and hotel was clean but we didn't realize the carpets were wet from being cleaned because we had our shoes on. Half of the room was carpet, the other half tile. Wife and son both slipped and fell on the tile. Would've been nice to get a head up on that. Otherwise, everything else was 5 stars."

"I rented here because I wanted a tub. I was given a shower only but when I let the staff know they made the change. Then the hot water was not warming up. I called and they said it takes 20 minutes to let it run. After 32 minutes I let them know I was turning in as it was still not working. They said they would tell maintenance. I believe the correct people to tell would be management so they can refund the stay."
