"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

It is in a great location. Just 10 minutes from the train station, and very close to all the parts of Naples that you'll want to visit. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and friendly, good and easy communication. We had a great holiday and if we go back to Naples, we'll be sure to book here again."
