Paint was very rundown- especially in the bathroom- bathroom ceiling needs a deep cleaning. To be honest, this was more of a 3.5 stars. Bed/mattress and sheets were very concerning. Polyester sheets made sleeping extremely hot, mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in memory. So soft that me and my partner basically sank into a hole in the middle every night.
