The hotels desk at the airport made the transfer from the airport quick and easy and upon arriving the helpful staff made check in fast. The first thing you notice is how beautiful and well maintained the grounds are and how friendly and helpful the staff are. We have been to hotels where most of the staff are very good but at this resort all the staff are excellent. The room was just as I’d expected with a nice balcony and view. Staff were very attentive to our needs, welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean, it was wonderfully quiet, the pool was wonderful and not crowded at all, and the food was delightful! I would definitely recommend this resort!

Very comfortable room, bed was firm, wifi was fast, and the buffet breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve had in our stay in Philippines, especially when wife is part of the Astoria group. The Bakery’s tall layered chocolate cake is amazing!

This review should just be a continuation of the review for a few nights already submitted. (We added a day). Nice hotel but wish that it had fully joined the Accor group as my Accor member ship would probably have been enhanced by this stay!
While walking from the hotel along the highway I was tripped up by some re-bar that I didn't notice. Bad abrasion that required some treatment - happily provided by the hotel at no cost which was fantastic.

The resort was lovely, and the personal was amazing. Will return for sure. The only sad thing is that the road up to the resort is very very small, and at night, you may get a bit tense with the traffic and crazy Filipino driving habits :)

This place was very clean, the staff were all very nice and friendly, it was quiet and comfortable. The only negative was all the house rules, it had cooking facilities, but would cost 1000 pesos to use, if you brought a 300 peso bottle of wine, you have to pay 1000 pesos to take it to your room as well as an additional 1000 pesos for any food you bring.
