"The staff was amazing! The breakfast was standard fare and everything was fresh. Great location in Alcobaca to really take in the town. The only mildly down item I would mention is that the carpet in the room has seen better days and we would have loved access to a microwave as there was no way to reheat / warm up even a cup of water. Probably a very American request."

"Nothing specifically wrong with the hotel. It was clean and the amenities were good but as a tourist it is quite far from the areas of Leiria we came to see."

Very clean and modern with an excellent breakfast.
Initially we were given a lesser room than we had booked on Expedia. To be fair the Expedia booking sent to the hotel did not reflect the larger room shown on the Expedia booking page. The matter was resolved by staff but we felt as if we were asking for an upgrade when we were only requesting the room we had booked. No other VIP upgrade was offered.

Our 3 kids loved the experience at the climbing wall. It was the first time they did this and they had an awesome instructor who was so kind and encouraging (Duarte). The restaurant is a bit slow as there was a conference occurring so our food took a long time but the breakfast buffet the next day was pretty good. A very neat concept of a hotel with great amenities. Super comfortable beds and they included kids sized robes and slippers. A family oriented hotel for sure but with luxury for...

Super bel appartement/chambre .

Very friendly. And helpful the moment you walk in. Close to the centre with abundant parking in the lot across the street. Room was very spacious with a large terrace overlooking the city. Breakfast was normal for a European type continental breakfast. If your staying in 8n this town I would recommend this hotel.

Entire property was a boutique spa. Interior was immaculate. My wife and I had a great massage onsite. There was a very nice indoor pool. We were a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. There was a very nice included breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a very small but charming seaside town, which we accessed by a direct bus from Porto, with an inexpensive Uber ride to the property. There are several good restaurants in town, but as it was October when we were in the...
