« L'hôtel est bien situé, mais il a vécu. Nous avions un morceau de mur moisi dans la chambre, des serviettes de toilettes trouées ou complètement effilochées. La piscine est sympa, mais entourée de vieux immeubles qui n'apparaissent pas sur les photos. Un nettoyage à fond de celle-ci est nécessaire, il y avait des traces noires au niveau des joints. Il y a un forte odeur de cuisine autour des bassins. Un jour vers 14h, il n'y avait plus de grandes serviettes, nous avons eu deux petites,...

« I booked a room at Lisboa hotel with the wrong dates, 1 month later than my real arrival date. When I arrived, the hotel was full and they refused to refund the amount I already paid to the hotel, knowing that I explained my mistake. Not comprehensive police of the hotel, they had 1 month to sell the room again and it was an honest mistake. Awful experience! »
