It was very spacious and comfortable with excellent water view. Really appreciate the size and layout of the room. It is especially nice to have a wall partition between the two beds which gave us privacy. The spacious bathroom with double sinks and separate door for the toilet worked out great. For the price, we couldn't have ask for more. Many good local restaurants, and prices are not bad. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not help enough. The only thing I did not like was how hard and expensive it was just to have a simple beer or wine. I am so glad I make that decision! Not only is Sands located in a convenient location on the main entertainment area, there are high frequency free hotel bus shuttle services to Venetian, Border Gate and Ferry Terminal. What make Sands special is the service and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, to the bell and Security are warm and welcoming. This can't be fake. I have asked housekeeping to attend to the problem. But all they could do was spray air fresheners, which it didn’t help much. I was disappointed with room, it kinda defeated our purpose of booking a suite, as we couldn’t use to the living room area as much we would like to be. On the second day, when we came back to the room. The housekeeping team leave our used plate, empty can and the dirty glass on the dining table.
