« We had a lovely stay at the Greenacre Hotel, with service being a real highlight especially in the bar. The welcoming drin was a great touch, and the staff were genuinely friendly, smiling, and approachable. « Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses.
