☀ Please do not enter any other buildings on the property. They are marked with ‘No Trespassing’ signs.
☀ Please do not roam past the yellow chain link fence and behind the buildings on the property. These areas are not part of the property.
☀ No unregistered guests allowed.
☀ Please turn down the AC when you go out.
☀ Please respect check-in and check-out times.
☀ Please do your dishes before you leave
☀ Please make sure all trash is bagged and deposited into the trash bins before you leave.
☀ No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
☀ Please make sure the trash is picked up throughout the home, bagged and placed in the trash bins outside the back door. Trash is picked up on Wednesdays.
☀ If you moved any furniture, ensure it is moved back to its original location.
☀ Don’t forget to collect all of your belongings.
☀ It would be a huge help to start a load of towels in the washing machine and either hand wash your dishes or start the dishwasher.
☀ We would greatly appreciate it if you could turn the lights off, check that exterior doors and windows are locked, and adjust the thermostat to 65 in winter or 75 in summer.
☀ A friendly reminder that check-out time is 10 am unless you have made alternative arrangements with us for a later departure.
☀ Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
☀ Some of the garden bed areas are temporarily covered as part of ongoing landscaping work to eliminate weeds. This is intentional and part of scheduled maintenance.
☀ One barstool is currently out of service due to a broken rung. There will be 3 usable barstools at the kitchen counter during your stay.
To ensure comfort, there are also 10 dining chairs available at the dining table, so there is still plenty of seating.
