« SC was the fifth leg of our vacation on the East Coast. This property was ideal for relaxing after a hectic few weeks. Ty is a wonderful communicator and has a heart for hosting. He went so far as to have supplies delivered (paper towels, coffee, trash bags, etc…) to make our stay more comfortable. The cleanliness of the unit was superb and the property was comfortable and offered us room to spread out and rejuvenate. Thank you, Ty for a wonderful stay. »

« Needed a convenient and cozy place to stay for a week's trip to Ft Jackson for a Basic Training graduation, and this did not disappoint. Close (10 minutes or less) to anything you may possibly need: groceries, pharmacies. Liquor store, and all manner of downtown local restaurants. Only about 15-20 minutes from Ft Jackson, and less to the USC campus.House temp is kept very comfortable and the bed matresses are amazing. I'm very picky and cranky about nighttime sleeping conditions, and I slept...
