The townhouse is located in the Town Center (see Maps) and is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse on the upper two floors of a tri-level building with an esthetician office in the retail space below. This is a two-story condo in the top two levels of a three-story townhome. The ground level has a retail space facing the main road (and street address of the townhouse). There is parking for 3 vehicles in the rear alleyway which is adjacent to where you enter the condo. A stairwell leads you up to the main living area of the condo with a dining room that seats four, full kitchen with peninsula counter seating for two, laundry, a half bath, and a spacious and bright living room with a large TV and a comfy reclining sofa. The stairway from the living room leads you up to the sleeping quarters where two bedroom suites with private full bathrooms and walk-in closets await. The queen size guest bedroom has a desk, nightstands with lamps, a spacious single vanity and shower-tub combo in the bathroom and a walk-in closet. The king bedroom suite has a king size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and double sink vanity. The condo is located in Lake Carolina\`s Town Center (check-out on Google Maps) with various businesses within walking distance. There is also a trail that runs throughout the development for walking, running and biking. I check-in with my guests throughout the course of their stay in the Airbnb App but am accessible by phone or text as well. The Town Center is Lake Carolina\`s main retail corridor and offers a traditional small-town mix of sidewalk society, quaint homes and shops. Lay out a blanket and a picnic for a sunset concert in the Amish-built gazebo in nearby Harborside Village Green. Make plans to meet friends for dinner in the Town Center. Or linger over coffee and daydreams outdoors. Town Center was established in 2001 and has grown over the years to include a number of buildings housing retail, office, professional and service businesses. The Town Center is composed of commercial buildings, live-work townhomes and public spaces such as parks and greens. Today, the Town Center is comprised of nearly 100,000 square feet of commercial and residential and nearly 40 different Town Center merchants. Business uses are as diverse as restaurants, wine shop, pet care and grooming, a Dance studio, insurance agency, attorneys, professional office uses and church offices. As a community of people from all walks of life and ages, our town has a social life that\`s as genuine and vibrant as its people. All of our neighborhoods are connected to schools, parks and each other by sidewalks, nature buffers and bike paths. Walking the dog or taking a run means you\`ll greet your neighbors as you share the glorious Carolina blue skies (from lakecarolina.com). Car, bicycle, walking or running is the predominant mode of transportation at Lake Carolina. Check out the community website for more information on trails and recreation in the development. The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser. No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes. While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. No illegal substances or activities on the premises. Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs. Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment. Check-in/Check-out was easy with the information provided. During our visit, the A/C wasn't working property and the temp never got below 75 degrees inside. Temps outside were 95-100 that weekend. There is no ceiling fan in the master bedroom, so we had to purchase a fan to keep the air moving.
