"If you are in Lugano for the scenery this is an exceptional place to stay. View wise it has a great panoramic view of the lake where you can see central Lugano but also the surrounding towns. It has good public transportation access but is also completely walkable if you aren’t in a rush. The quarters themselves are pretty basic, the sofa was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We don’t typically spend a lot of time indoors while traveling so it was ample for our needs....

For text messages, I first had to send it in English to my daughter in US first, had her translate into Italian, copy and paste, sent it to my host, wait 30-40 min for her to respond in Italian and sent it to my daughter to translate in English and...
