"We had an incredible stay at Casa del Lago and can't wait to return! The view was absolutely beautiful and mesmerizing! The hot tub under the stars was wonderful! We had a question about the hot tub and Colton was responsive and eased our concern. Everything was clean and just as described in the pics and info provided. "

"Receptionist at desk very helpful. she got me checked in early with no issues. then in the morning after we checked out they provided assistance in getting our forgotten item in the room. it was brought down to lobby for us. very friendly and professional."

"Where do I begin, property is so dirty. Spider webs everywhere, mosquitoes every where, we couldn't open our room door as it was full of mosquitoes. They were everywhere. This property is beautiful but very terribly kept. There are no cleanings being done to the room and its just disgusting. Bathrooms are terrible. Our bathrooms knob was broken and it had a note on it saying sorry I am broken hold me to turn the water on. Shower itself is so tiny that you get chlostrophobia. Just DON'T GO THERE. BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS PLACE."

"There were a lot to f bugs flying around the outside light, next to an unworking bug zapper. You could not open the door w/out a bunch flying in."
