Lower Swanwick Vacation Packages

Bed was comfortable, room was spotlessly clean. However the general appearance was of a very tierd decorations, fixtures and fittings. Needs an upgrade.

It was wonderful, but checkout at 10 is too early and checkin at 4 is too late. Requiring guests to take out garbage for as much as we pay is petty

We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious. I also appreciated the unlimited hot drinks and water, it’s those small details that make a stay feel special. We'll definitely be back.

Breakfast needs more choice especially the fruit, the pears were hard as rock, no bananas, no fruit salad. No beans for ages, they need to keep an eye on the hotplates. Invest in a coffee machine so there's a variety. Maybe also a bell at the downstairs bar.

Big and clean room with a bathtub! Lovely pizza in the restaurant!
