"It was good for an overnight stay. For a longer stay, I would prefer a property that has a staff available to address any issues. The room was clean, except for one pillowcase that looked as if it had not been changed (there were mascara stains all over it). With no front desk staff, we opted to use the extra pillows that were provided in the closet. Other than that, it was a nice, clean, quiet property."

"Love this place, easy check in and check out through codes. Comfortable beds too. Best feature is easy walk over the bridge to downtown Newburyport which is a quintessential New England town with great shops and restaurants. There’s also a restaurant in the nice weather however it wasn’t open yet. It doesn’t open until mid May.. "

"This is the type of place you’d take a bad bar room decision. Carpeting is stained throughout and the tile floors were sticking to our feet."

"The place is in a great location. Not ideal if you’re working 12 hour nights, but the sound machine and ear plugs go along ways. Collin was very quick to respond and helpful."

"Said they have parking but didn’t. Tried to contact them when we arrived no response. We had a terrible time parking and locating our room. It was on the third floor. All stairs. The room was very small but cute and it’s in a good location. Would go again but stay on first floor and plan ahead about parking "
