"I love the look of this hotel. It's amazing to be able to look up 18 stories and then to go up to the 18th story and look down. All in all the hotel appears to be very well kept. However, I was surprised that at the top of the ceiling in the main atrium some of ceiling was hanging down possibly from water damage which took away from the beauty. Also the elevator door is looked worn in the main lobby on the outside. But other than that everything inside was great. Free fruit water in the lobby. I was not very impressed with the area. Same kind of rundown. I didn't feel entirely safe walking around but it wasn't terrible and it certainly not the hotel's fault. All in all a great experience. Good view as well."

"The room was very clean. It had a small kitchen area. Unfortunately the icemaker did not work in the refrigerator. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again if I return to Louisville."

"Staff: Chad at the front desk was extremely helpful for me on Friday October 2nd. I was in town for a funeral and timing was difficult for my daughter who was supposed to pick me up at the hotel. I needed a ride to the funeral home. Chad helped me get a taxi! I do not have UBER or LYFT on my phone. The cab at first wasn't sure to confirm he would come. Chad spoke with them again and the Taxi confirmed to come and get me to the funeral home on time. I was scheduled to speak. I appreciate everything he did to help me in a stressful situation!"
