The house is a very nice size, with 3 bedrooms with very comfortable king size beds. The kitchen is very open with the living with a couch and a massive TV. The best part is the the detached garage with do many games, couches, and another massive TV. We were able to fit 4 cars in the driveway which was a huge plus because there is very limited street parking. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with dishware, glassware, coffee cups and silverware. We did have family in the area we we used all of the seating. The game room and yard is wonderful. We made full use of those spaces as well. There is a coffee maker and we requested a toaster which was delivered promptly. The stovetop and oven worked but the broiler element was missing which was a bit concerning. However, the restrictions were overboard. Quiet hours 9-8:30?? A decibel sensor? Pool table had balls in the pictures but no balls were available. House was cold but we were afraid to turn on any heat without being charged extra. Neighborhood/area is pretty sketchy but the house was pretty secured. We left the house spotless but I wouldn't be surprised to find an extra charge for something. The house is very well taken care of but because of the strict restrictions, we'd would not stay here again. Monica was quick to respond to all emails....that was a plus. ##### Tristina G.
