The nearby Loop 405-105 can also bring you only minutes away from the Westfield Culver City mall offering a heap of dining and shopping options from tons of fashionable retail stores and topnotch restaurants. When it's time to unwind along the beach, Santa Monica is only 14 miles away, offering access to the Pacific Park amusement park, Looff Hippodrome Carousel, and Santa Monica Pier Aquarium.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: Following Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund, and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.

HOT WATER: For your hot water in the bathrooms, take note that the handles are set backward so the hot is the cold water and the cold is hot water. Sometimes, it does take a bit long for the water to be hotter or colder. Please also note that the city makes us install high-efficiency tankless water heaters. The water will get very hot but not when more than 1 shower is being used at the same time.

NUMBER OF GUESTS. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking is allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.

By booking this home, you are agreeing to the house rules, you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home, and agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, damaged, or broken. • Please be sure to lock the main house door when entering or exiting the home.
• There will be a $20 fee for each stained/damaged or missing towel. Housekeeping only provides enough towels and linens for the guest listed on the reservation. If you need extra towels or linens they must be requested prior to the check-in date. Extra towel and linen fees apply.
• Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes after 10 AM.
• A $500 fine per pet will be charged if you bring an undisclosed pet(s).
• Quiet hours from 9 PM - 9 AM. There is a $500 fee for any parties or events thrown in the home which caused disturbance to the neighbors and disturbance of quiet hours.
