DISCLAIMER: Please note that while the home does not have central A/C, it does feature central heating and a built-in fan system to provide airflow throughout the entire house. We do provide a window-mounted A/C unit to cool the living room and One portable A/C unit that can be moved to wherever it's needed most. Each room is also outfitted with portable standing fans, and ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and the living room to maintain airflow.
