DISCLAIMER: Please note that while the home does not have central A/C, it does feature central heating and a built-in fan system to provide airflow throughout the entire house. We do provide a window-mounted A/C unit to cool the living room and One portable A/C unit that can be moved to wherever it's needed most. Each room is also outfitted with portable standing fans, and ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and the living room to maintain airflow. We had more rainy weather, so we made good use of the pool table and arcade machine. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable, everything felt clean, and it was well stocked with the basic essentials. The only thing to note is that there is a small bar across the street that you may hear the bass of the music during the weekend, but otherwise everything was perfect. Easy to walk to lots of places.
