Safe and refrigerator in room. Quaint walkways to private secure outdoor entrance to room. Reasonable price off street parking. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. They are doing construction and half of the parking is taken by the dumpsters. It took us 45 mins to find parking where we felt safe leaving our car over night and then walk back to the hotel. We were lucky i think we were the only room with a view of the beach and Ocean. The room was ok and being so close to the pier and ocean was very convenient. If there would have been some way to communicate the parking situation it would have been better.
